Gilliam ruled trump administration's proposal to build border wall in CA, NM, AZ with DOD money appropriated was unlawful. Supreme court reversed saying no standing. Just one of many federal judges usurping the law and imposing nationwide injunctions when they have no authority to do so. Basic legal analysis never followed by this judge. SHameful.
