Hon. Charles Bleil seemed distant when observing him. He was often on his laptop which seems inappropriate during testimony. His comment used for all three defendants, 'I wish you luck.' seemed rote and not necessary. Not sure he has ever stated in his courtroom 'I did not find reasonable cause to detain the defendant'.
