Vindictive is the best word to describe him. He ruled against my client. We appealed. 9th Cir. reversed. I applied for statutory attorney fees (ERISA). He denied. At the same time I had another case before him. He granted my client judgment. I applied for statutory attorney fees. He cut them by 2/3 and made up reasons to justify the cut. He is a disgrace.
