Judge Eagles has demonstrated bias on several occasions. It is easy to see a difference in cases where she knows one attorney well and foreign companies opposing well known local companies may have difficulty with her. In other cases, it may be just fine. She has difficulties understanding complex legal issues. She appears to believe she can extend the court's authority and use inherent powers more than the case law allows.
