THE ROBING ROOM

1) Very liberal and so will not rule based on the law or precedent for the circuit
2) Seems to have tons of ethics issues and Circuit has not done anything
3) Seems to have clerical staff of morons who cant even spend the time to explain decisions based on precedents. NorCal district is so screwed up and if the Judge has liberal leanings...Forget the law or precedents...I
SCOTUS has to reign in this District to make sure all the Judges adhere to/by the law...
