He is unprofessional, arrogant and has serious anger management issues. I have been practicing law for decades and have never heard profanity or seen verbal abuse of practitioners by a federal or state court judge like that Magistrate Jay Gandhi used in a civil settlement conference. Absolutely unacceptable behavior - thank goodness his term is up: He is going to try to make a living working for JAMS.
