Judge Sifton waited 2 years to rule on a case where First Winthrop Corp. stole Grand Court Retirement Homes from small investors in Bryan-College Station, Texas. Attorney Craig Saunders just gave up to this overworked, but evidently underpaid servant of the judicial system.
