This is the most easy-going federal judge you will ever encounter. He is smart and fair, casual but respectful. Sometimes keeps you waiting, but not because he is lazy. He says every lawyer enters his courtroom with a full glass of credibility. If you choose to spill it, a little at a time or all at once, that is your choice and you will suffer accordingly.
