THE ROBING ROOM

This judge worked very hard to settle our case. He was smart, complimentary, and had a great knowledge of the issues. He shared with us in private session what he viewed as the weaknesses of our case. I am assuming that he shared his views with the other side as well. When Judge Martin says, 'Judges don't settle cases; lawyers and parties do,' he is being modest. He settled our case. And he has a great sense of humor to boot!
