The Honorable Judge Benitez exemplified the integrity and commitment to the rights of the American people one would expect from a Federal judge. In a time when members of our government wish to limit and eradicate rights guaranteed under the Constitution, more members of the Judiciary should side with precedence, good faith, and common-sense.
