He perpetrated fraud upon the court and altered the docket, created and backdated a preliminary order of forfeiture to affect asset forfeiture which was never part of the defendant's sentence. He was sued for fraud and never denied the charges. He refused to recuse himself from deciding the suit and acted as judge in his own cause. He slpt through trial, injected himself into the trial and showed the jury which side he favored.
