Judge Benitez, in his wisdom, saw to it that the U.S. Constitution was upheld against highly oppressive legislation in California. Instead of legislating from the bench, he bases his decisions on presentable facts, not emotions. We need more judges like him who uphold individual rights and preserve freedom.
