Runs his trials well, lets lawyers try their cases, and is polite and respectful to both sides. But that is only IF you ever get to trial. He is exceedingly biased towards corporate defendants. His scholarship is lacking and he is appallingly out of touch with the realities of civil rights plainitffs' lives.
