He is a new Magistrate Judge but appears off to a great start. Presided over our employment discrimination settlement conference with humor, patience, and intelligence. Pointed out the difficulties for each side should our case proceed to trial. Wonderful demeanor and high level of energy. Hope to see more of him in the future.
