The Honorable Judge Roger T. Benitez is an excellent example of a judge who interprets the US Constitution as the framers meant it. His ruling that CA PC 32310 was unconstitutional allowed we Pro-2A Californians a feel, for at least a week, of what Constitutional freedom means. This state and country needs more judges like him.
