Apparantly, the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure do not apply to Tomlinson, where a Plaintiff lied on the face of the Complaint to the EDNY and to the Second Circuit Court of Appeals, Ms. Tomlinson's response is to Recommend the award of attorney's fees to the Plaintiff. Conduct on the bench is unconscionable, undermines confidence in the judiciary.
