It is a good thing to draw Judge Robinson on a case. She is thoughtful, concise, and scholarly. I have not always agreed with her decisions, but I have never doubted they were unbiased. I would like to see her on the 10th circuit. She is also a great mentor and role model for young lawyers, and she treats litigants and counsel with respect.
