It's easy to say Snow is incompetent; but the fact is he is biased, prejudicial, and often issues orders without any explanation or legal basis. He will also improperly sanction those who attempt to hold him accountable for his incompetence (and legally incorrect rulings). He is not just a bad judge, he is also dangerous - especially to pro se litigants (which he seems to despise). If you get Snow, make sure you're prepared for an Appeal. You won't find reasonable legal application or justice in his court room.
