I am tired of seeing only oral reports and recommendations even in complex issues and cases. This judge lacks a sense of when he ought to write something thoughtful. This judge always rules from the bench and we are left with incomprehensible rambling gibberish to appeal. Unfortunately, he does not take the time to do any real work. Does he even have a law clerk?
