While not the 'worst judge' I've appeared before, I echo #6007 and #5039. Gets personally incensed when you get her ruling reversed, and affirmatively acts to render the reversal practically useless. Unilateral rulings from the bench on issues never raised in the papers, and without even hearing the other side. Nightmare
