As a LEO I take an oath to uphold the Constitution. Do you? And our Constitution recognizes the God given rights enumerated in the Bill of Rights. They need no justification. So when people choose to buy 30 round magazine they do so without needing to justify it for any reason. Thank you Judge Benitez.
