Unbelievable! A wonderful legacy of the 'Gipper' - I'm sure that even Reagan would be ashamed of this judge if he were still alive. Judge Feldman is definitely past retirement age and this episode puts into question the grounds of 'continuing good behavior' for lifetime tenure... This is a ruling which I trust will be quickly overturned...
