He had one of my clients bound and gagged when the man was not at all contemptuous; only wanted to be heard at sentencing; he refuses to continue criminal matters when ALL parties need a continuance; he is a bully and a tyrant...but he doesn''t scare me. Evidently, the 9th Cir and Congress are scared though. What''s taking so long?
