Judge Bennett is a very even-handed and fair judge. He runs a tight ship during trial and expects lawyers and litigants to be on time. Judge Bennett is very attentive to his jurors and does not appreciate attorneys who waste time. An excellent judge too try a case before. My only 'knock' on Judge Bennett is that he is somewhat slow with regard to motion practice.
