I have provided advocacy for over 20 years, and have never observed a judge that is as disconnected from those she is entrusted with serving as this one. She has not seen the double whammy devastation our children have faced in their short lives because if she had, she would not ever consider experimental, harmful, and anti-productive measures set in place during an administration that had no clear leader. Americans have seen the studies, as well as the palpable effects of teaching unscientific ideas as certain truth. The credible and ethical studies show, without question, that DEI creates, rather than mitigates, division.
Our autistic and neurodivergent children are the ones most affected by the ideologue recklessly taught to children who have no real-world skills. Covid forced nearly every state to shut down, including Maryland. That isolated children who cultivated long-term relationships that no longer exist. They’ve lost their friends, along with any sense of normalcy they had prior to this period. To add insult, parents were not even informed that their children would be exposed to sexually explicit material and messages, both from national curriculum guides and faculty with strong political beliefs that have been shared with students.
This judge does not work for the people. What we, as a nation, have learned about those pushing questionable and dangerous ideas is that they will not stop, because to do so would be to cut off the financial incentives they are given, as long as they continue the narrative that does completely against American values, culture, and unity. We are not fooled by the media. Any trust the majority of us held disappeared with the Russian collusion hoax.
It’s time this magistrate judge decides whether she wants to go down in history as one of the bad guys, getting rich off the dangers citizens face, or chooses the right thing to do and shows the courage of our democratic leaders who have rejected radical ideas with no precedence, no science, and no moral compass. We have had enough and we may no longer sit back and watch families destroyed by politics, poor judgement, and harm, with no accounting of the funds that hit their bank accounts.
