Very hard working. Reads everything provided and understands it. My pre- and trial matters were very detail oriented. She readily understood the nuances and the larger picture. She was a trial lawyer for many years and knows the practice of law from a lawyer and client's perspective. Allows lawyers try their case without undue interference. My only reservation is that Judge Fallon can be tentative which I attributed to her lack of tenure. I expect over time, however, improve.
