THE ROBING ROOM

I have been in front of Judge Munley many times over the past several years and have always found him to be prepared, courteous and polite. He is an intelligent judge and a fair sentencer. He is neither inordinately soft or harsh and seriously considers whatever agruments one makes. He has no bias I can see either way in civil or criminal matters and is always pollte to counsel and litigants. I have won and lost in front of him and it has been on the merits every time
