When a citizen appears before a federal judge, or any judge, they expect the law to be obeyed by the judge as required of the citizen. When the judge shows his prejudice toward the plaintiff and the subject matter, the judge should resign. * * * The original two-day Schools case trial became a shameful exhibit. The Pro Se Plaintiff's witness was denied. The Defense witnesses were shuffled about as was the exhibits previously agreed upon. Constant interruptions by Judge Brack to lecture the Plaintiff at length about how to ask questions, constant questions from the bench when the Plaintiff was questioning the witnesses, other conjured up distractions produced the desired effect of confusing the usually organized Plaintiff. The scheduled two-day trial ended in the afternoon of the first day when Judge Brack said, 'Mr. Weinbaum, you have 15-minutes to prepare you summation.'
