Her schedule is quite backed up and it is sometimes tough to get dates for conferences or appearances (not her fault), but once you get a date and upon engaging in pre-trial activities and settlement discussions she is extremely even-handed, helpful and facilitates fair and equitable resolutions. (My experience with her is only on the civil side of litigation.)
