Judge Wright's reputation as not-so-bright and reflexively pro-business precede him. During an early mediation I was taunted by my Big Firm opponent who claimed he couldn't lose with this judge regardless of the merits. And the mediator agreed. Sadly, they were correct. It hurts the integrity of the judicial system when some judges are known to be 'in the tank' for one side or the other.
