THE ROBING ROOM

Judge Payson is an excellent Judge. She is intelligent, treats all parties with respect, listens to arguments and gives thoughtful consideration to her decisions. She has a great judicial temperament. She does not like being interrupted and should be left to finish her sentences, even if she is mistaken. When you have a chance to speak, and correct an error, she is gracious in acknowledging the error.
