This judge is utterly lacking in judicial temperament, poise, grace, or equanimity. He is obviously a very angry and unhappy person who, now elevated to a position of power and authority, regularly threatens and abuses those who have the great misfortune to appear before him. A most unfortunate and ill-considered judicial appointment by George W. Bush!!!
