The worst Judge on the planet. I am a pro se litigate in a civil matter stemming from conditions I faced while incarcerated at Clinton County Jail. No matter what the Plaintiff (myself) put before him he denied it. For example, among a host of other egregious acts, I was able to show/prove the opposing attorney and/or defendant fraudulently doctored certain medical records to support the defendant's position. When I brought this to the Magistrate's attention, and after taking specific notice of the fraud he did nothing more than regard my claim of fruad as 'plausible' and moved on. (Brandon v. Schroyer, 2016 WL 1638242 (N.D.N.Y. 2016) He misconstrued the facts, disregarded material evidence, and ruled on these otherwise indifferent defendants favor across the board. Granted, the case is before the Circuit Court, but to be clear, this Magistrate Judge is the worst on the Planet.
