apropos of prior comment - the first amendment is the only one directed specifically to congress of the u.s., which therefore lacks authority to censor any expression of thought including evil thought and regulation of public morals is exclusively a state issue.
I do commend Judge Goodwin for his decision in Randy Price v U.S., and would add that the Second Amendment is just that, an amendment - it therefore controls and supercedes the interstate commerce clause where there be any conflict.
