Although he endeavors to fully research the issues and cites all of the applicable cases, he then misapplies or ignores them. It seems as if he decides the cases and then backs into them in his opinions. He also seems to be partial to at least one particular attorney who practices extensively in his Court.he also can be quite unpleasant in his demeanor.
