THE ROBING ROOM

Judge Scott is excellent to appear in front of. He is extremely even-handed and will not take sides. Judge Scott is an asset to the Western District and will move up the ladder fast. He follows the line of the law and is a very smart gentleman. One negative part of his decisions is that he grants the prosecution's motions to delay quite frequently, thus holding up the speedy trial clock. Other than that he far exceeded our expectations. Job well done, Judge Scott!
