I am rating this person a 1 because they are showing no respect for life on this plannet(deepwater drilling), sure many jobs will be lost,for one, get a job that will help the earth, not kill it with polution to the air and now land and sea.The world needs to drop its addiction to oil,and focus on one of the many other fuels, hydrogen, water,etc. This judge should think of everyone, everything, and everything to be, not just the people not educated enough to find a real job.
