Judge Ellis' temperament and disposition can be described briefly - he is Stanley Hudson from 'The Office.' And he'll treat you like Michael Scott, like the world's biggest dummy. He mumbles. He makes crude jabs at attorneys without provocation. He sighs, grunts, and rolls his eyes with disdain. Regardless of the issue at hand, you are wasting his time, and he'll make sure you know it. I'm sure he'd rather be doing a crossword puzzle, because he does not seem to like being on the bench.
