Laughable how bad he is. DIdn't understand basic criminal law when a magistrate. Truly. Not bright at all. he was a punchline to all agents and prosecutors who had to deal with him. Arrogant to the max. He didn't finish his 10 year magistrate term because he was asked to leave early. There is not "retired" of a fed magistrate. If it weren't his race, he'd be a two bit lawyer.
