Extremely disappointing new federal judge. He just isn't smart enough to be a judge. He has a definite 'short man syndrome.' Bad! Bad! Bad! His research lawyer, who is very bright, literally tells him what to do most of the time. Ironically, I won the one-month trial in front of him.
