THE ROBING ROOM

My case with her is not over. She has ruled against my client as much as in his favor. I have not found the problems others have; she has listened and considered the facts and law; even when she has ruled against me, I felt I had a fair and complete hearing. Her unwillingness to have her chambers accept phone calls and rigidity with scheduling is very difficult for me and I do not understand the reason for the severity of it.
