This Judge is not equipped to handle federal court civil litigations. She has no ability to streamline the litigation and allows it to be a fishing expedition. It takes too long to render decisions on motions. She lacks an understanding of the fundamental legal concepts to focus the litigation to its essence. This Judge was best placed as a Magistrate.
