This judge took four years to 'rule' on a motion for summary judgment, then dismissed the case in its entirety. She made no attempt to justify her decision. Moreover, she dismissed the ENTIRE case when defendant's motion sought judgment only as to certain issues. She did not even address plaintiff's issues. She is blatantly biased and has done everything she can to see that plaintiff misses filing deadlines, as well. She denied a motion to strike because it was 'premature;' it was premature because she was not ready to rule on it[...really.]She ruled on another motion without waiting for a response from plaintiff. If she is assigned to your case, kill self immediately.
