How can anyone honor the 'Honorable' judge when he refuses to honor his own decisions? He allows Diana Lee Flaherty to flout his order to surrender herself while entertaining a filing from her lawyer who brazenly offers to bring her in when it's convenient for him. For a judge, Mr. Jones exhibits, at best, egregiously poor judgment; at worst, he exhibits absolute incompetence. I don't wish to imagine what motivations might lurk between his poor judgment and his incompetence. Perhaps he should be brought before a judge?
