Horrific judge. She is arrogant, incompetent, abusive, petty – and those are her good points. This embarrassment to the judiciary should never have been appointed to the bench. She treats everyone with equal disdain. Judge Gilmore is, quite simply, an embarrassment. Unfortunately, she will be an embarrassment “for life” as a judge.
