Judge Bunning has a great temperment in handling his cases. At times his former us attorney side slips out. One case with bad facts, and he was very reasonable in his sentence. Very flexible if you have scheduling issues pre-trial, but once trial starts he hates to waste any time. Very hard working. Makes a very good, complete, record when ruling on motions, objections, etc.
