As a non practicing licensed attorney, I found this federal district court judge’s opinion a fabulous counter narrative to the State’s bleakly oppressive, and likely unconstitutional overreaching. I’m curious to see the outcome. But in the meantime, one unassailable observation is worth repeating- “Gavin Newsom is the magazine salesman of the decade” ...
