Maybe I caught this guy on a bad day...OK, on a whole series of bad days. Judge Schneider is obviously intelligent and seems to work hard, but he does not have much of a judicial temperament. My opponent realized that there was little downside to being obstinate on issues of scheduling, coordination, cooperation, etc., because Schneider was going to come down on both sides equally.
