Man, did Hibbler kick your dog or take your toy, Poster 11782? I've had plenty of cases before the guy and never found him to be 'bad, rude or inconsiderate and lazy.' You must be confusing Hibbler with Guzman, Lindberg and/or Der-Yeghiayan. Hibbler rules on motions and keeps them moving. How you could possibly confuse him for them says as much about your eyesight as it does your perception of reality. Just because you didn't get what you want doesn't make Hibbler lazy or an embarrasment. Get a clue, a hobby or both. And no, I am not Judge Hibbler, nor do I work for him.
