The Hon. Martin L. C.Feldman and Texas Rep. Joe Barton have the same mentality in dealing with big oil. The Obama administration is on the right track. The 20 billion dollars set aside for those affected by the gulf oil spill is a great start. I am sure this came about due to the oil spill in Alaska 21 years ago. (March 24, 1989) The Exxon Valdez payouts are still in lidigation! The moratorium on deep water drilling is a resonable request for safety sake. I agree with those on this issue who think Judge Feldman should recuse himself on the grounds of the appearance of conflict of interest.
